We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Please ensure your return request is initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, your items must meet the following strict conditions:
- Items must be completely unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags must be fully intact and attached to the garment.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Innerwear, trunks, and undergarments.
- Socks.
- Any items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as "Final Sale".
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our support team at support@yourbrand.com. To ensure a smooth process, your email must include:
- Your Order ID.
- A clear photo of the product you wish to return.
5. Refunds Process
Once we receive and physically inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
