1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping across the country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. (Free on orders above Rs. 999 / $50)
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. (Flat rate applies at checkout)

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error, contact us immediately.
5. Issues with Delivery
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@yourbrand.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
